The Outlook integration is phenomenal! Not only the integration with the groupware itself, but also that it integrates into the infrastructure we already have in place. Another plus is that the program doesn't force you to adopt a formal project framework. It lets you use just the features you need, and you can work in a way that adjust to existing processes.
I found their staff particularly helpful. The consultants really listen to their clients and provide hands on support as needed.

My team and I used to use Microsoft Project, which was convoluted and simply too complex for our needs. I tested out InLoox as well as a variety of other softwares, and settled on InLoox because of its ease of use and familiar interface (it integrates with Outlook). We already use Outlook as our primary platform for emails, scheduling etc. so it was great to see a tool that expanded on those features rather than reinventing the wheel. InLoox synchronizes key project dates and info. Everything is stored centrally so that we always have access to it, which is huge when somebody is out of the office. Scrambling to decipher each other's excel worksheet schedules is a thing of the past. I even figured out a good way to keep track of my team's vacation time with the tool! Support has been great so far, the representatives at the company are always friendly and help me out quickly if there is a problem.
