iDAM Cloud is a cloud-based digital asset management solution that provides online file sharing, collaboration tools and document management.

Data discovery tools help users search for content, as well as which users own specific files and file access history. The search functionality allows users to search for images, documents and videos in the via text, tags and keywords. Users can also drag and drop content from the iDAM Cloud into third-party applications. Other features include bulk file distribution tools, file embedding and link-based sharing and file conversions.

Additional modules include a document management module allows users extract pages and search text within PDF, XLS and Word documents. The marketing module provides reporting tools on projects and news feeds. The Adobe modules enables integration with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

Pricing is per month. Support is provided via knowledge base, video tutorials and phone.

I've truly enjoyed working with iDAM. Our department has been using the software for over two years now, and the system has saved us an incredible amount of time - we can now sort through thousands of photos in seconds to find exactly what we need. Working in the new iDAM Version 8 has been a treat, and it's clean, minimalist look makes it easy for new users to find what they are looking for. In addition, iDAM's customer support is very responsive and friendly, making them very enjoyable to work with. When I reach out, I know I will get a helpful response by the end of the day, and they are always teaching me new tricks that make my job easier.
