eversign is a cloud-based digital signature solution that caters to businesses of all sizes across various industry verticals. It enables users to prepare, deliver and sign legally binding documents online. Key features include in-person signing, audit trails, a document editor, contact management tools and more.

eversign provides users with built-in templates for contracts and forms which can be pre-filled with custom text, drop-down menus, checkboxes and other elements. The solution manages e-signatures using a JSON-based REST API. Signees can complete forms on desktop or mobile device.

eversign integrates with various third-party applications like Google Docs, Zoho, Dropbox and Salesforce. Signed documents can be stored in the eversign account, scheduled to auto-expire or permanently deleted after a certain deadline.

Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via phone and email.

It's a great product. I've worked for myself for a number of years now and I have to say that I am more satisfied with Eversign than any of the other document signing products I used. The price is not the least expensive I have found, but it offers the right amount of options for the price you pay - without being overpriced for a sole proprietor.

Puntos a favor

Eversign has a very simple set-up process and is very easy to use. I like that the first you see when you log in is the Dashboard where you see the most important things you need to see: (1) documents waiting to be signed by you (2) documents waiting to be signed by others and (3) completed documents. With one click you get right to the section you need to complete any signing actions or work with completed documents. And the Quick Actions button at the top makes it easy to start setting up a new document for signing.

Somehow, the interface just fees cleaner and simpler than DocuSign, which I used to us. And a little more intuitive than HelloSign which I have also tried.

Puntos en contra

I tend to have to have documents signed by the same group of people all the time so it would have been nice to be able to import contacts, but ,regardless, once they are entered manually they can be used over and over again.

Drag and Drop & Ease of Use - I don't have much time as it is, so eversign made the job of document presentment very simple and streamlined.

No cons as yet. I would like to see how it may interact with our software.

It was great, we had tried other signing platforms previously and spent a lot longer not getting anywhere close to being set up. This has worked perfectly and was set up in just over an hour.

The process of implementing the software with our existing Wordpress site was easy and seamless. We used the platform Zapier to link the two services together and it has helped us to streamline our client onboarding process meaning we can pass this over to admin rather than it being the job of the design team.

Puntos en contra

It would have been nice to have had a few extra API calls initially to do some testing as we almost used our first months worth during testing.

easy to use, i won't have to worry about too much during deployment / training to my colleagues.

the balance between functionality and user-friendliness is very good.

very intuitive, nearly flat learning "curve", the user interface is very user-friendly, and the function set is nearly "just right".

the best part is their support team, very fast and helpful responses.

1. the mobile apps is not truly ready, rotating it will clear the signature ( as of 2019-11-29 ) ;
2. team management is not very complete, and have no access right control. the work-around is to create a separate "business" ( isolated workspace in their terms ) ;

Positive. Just limited in functionality as my needs grew over time.

I like the fact that Eversign is an affordable eSigning application. As a solo contractor, eversign fulfilled a needed functionality for my business to run. The notifications came in near to real-time and I was easily capable of tracking the progress of signatures of all parties involved with a contract.

Editing the documents for signing was not as straight forward as I had hoped it would be. Scrolling through large documents would take a lot of effort, even on a powerful notebook. The UI is less intuitive than I had hoped resulting in me not know if I was adding a user or immediately sending a document to that person.
