Nimble offers browser widget and mobile-based sales force automation and social CRM solution for small and midsize businesses. The solution automatically populates customer profiles and interaction histories from contact lists, email conversations and social media activity across a range of popular platforms including LinkedIn. In addition to contact and pipeline management features such as deal tracking, task management, and alerts, Nimble also includes integrated social listening to keep customer profiles updated. This allows businesses to track which contacts are mentioning, following or engaging with them, or who are celebrating milestones such as birthdays—which in turn creates valuable opportunities for informed outreach and follow-ups. Nimble’s "Today Page" offers one comprehensive view of to-dos, key deals and engagement opportunities. These are generated by Nimble’s "Rules Engine," which learns from user behavior to prioritize social signals and predict which contacts and opportunities are most relevant. Nimble also offers a range of email widgets, allowing users to view rich, contextual detail from their contacts’ Nimble profiles even from outside the system.

An easy tool for managing my contacts

I like the features of Nimble and is one of the best CRM tools out there. Its integration with Google workspace and Microsoft 365 is really cool, but its integration with Facebook and LinkedIn isn't as good as it used to be. The interface is intuitive and when it comes it to prospecting and finding new contacts, it is one of my favourite tool.

Easily import data from excel, gmail, outlook and some social media sites like twitter, LinkedIN
Easily add new contacts from across the web
Provides me all the data I need about my contacts like finding a social media profile match and other details that can help me prospect better to new clients.
It keeps all the communication that I have with my contact so I can easily find pout what stage of negotiations I am in with a new client.
I like that the today dashboard is widget-based, as I can easily customise it to suit to my working needs.

Puntos en contra

I could easily link my Facebook account to Nimble and message my contacts directly from Nimble but this feature isn't available anymore.
It exports my data and sends it to my email. I believe it should give me the option to have it downloaded straight to my system not just only sending to my mail.
There is a limit to the numbers of contact I can store on nimble

The best in the industry

This software had solved a problem for us because we have never had a specific protocol for contact lost development. This helps us save so much time and it works better than our old contact database software.

Puntos a favor

We used to use “old school” contact management development techniques until we found Nimble. We believe this software gives us an edge over our competition.

I wish it was law firm specific but it suits our needs and performs well for us.

Great Product

I have been using Nimble for customer relationship management software. Apart from the price, I can say that it is best among other in the industry.

Contact Management Across the Board

Puntos a favor

This integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365. I love that all of my contacts are in one place. I also love that I can customize my dashboard - different businesses have different needs, and I feel like I've been able to customize my experience to perfectly suit what I'm doing.

Puntos en contra

I like that this is integrated with just about everything, but some integrations work better than others... For example, although we have several social media accounts, we can only choose one at a time. It's little frustrations like this that take time out of my day.
