BrandSpot is a cloud-based content management solution which can manage brand assets for businesses of any size. Key features include corporate style guides, digital asset library, material and template designer, online marketing material store and email marketing.
BrandSpot’s digital asset library includes a faceted search with customizable search filters. Brand asset files can be shared with both internal and external users and users can be set up with predefined permissions for what they can view and edit.
Using the solution’s design tool, users can create templates that adhere to the rules set by the corporate style guide. Users can also customize and order branded marketing materials such as brochures, contact cards, stationery, adverts, posters, point-of-sales materials and direct mail.
BrandSpot also includes an email marketing module which enables users to create and manage email campaigns as well as send emails directly from the solution.

The software is flexible, easy to use, cost effective and makes it possible to create documents very quickly.
Creating workflows and complex user rights is complicated (support is needed).
