B2W Maintain
B2W Maintain is a hybrid business process management solution that caters to businesses in the construction industry and helps them to manage their day-to-day operations and routines.The solution from B2W Software links shop, field and management teams and provides enterprise-wide access to equipment status and history in real-time. It can either be deployed on-premise or hosted in the cloud.
B2W Maintain features repair request and work order processing, user-defined preventive maintenance plans, automated warranty tracking and the integration of inventory and purchasing. Mechanics can access documentation and submit time cards remotely via a mobile application provided by the solution.
B2W Maintain supports integration with B2W Software’s ONE Platform that allows it to receive repair requests from the B2W field tracking application and provide equipment status to the B2W scheduling application. Services are offered for a one-time fee that includes support via phone and email.

In total, B2W is in the upper echelon of construction bidding and project management systems. Their team is very proactive and responsive to customer input.
For any company that is looking to improve their flow of information and control of costs, B2W is an excellent solution.

The B2W products that we use (Estimate, Track and Maintain) are easy to understand and utilize. With a single database, it is easy to maintain each element.
The B2W training personnel are excellent communicators and are well versed in the product.
Even users with limited experience have been able to use the systems after just a few months.
The B2W team is very proactive in adding features to improve the product.
The technological base of the platform is very strong.
Puntos en contra
The products (Maintain and Schedule in particular) are not yet fully matured.
There is no product to manage a truck fleet via a Driver's Daily Log.
