Pics.io is content management software-as-a-service for small to large businesses. Files are stored using Google Drive, and Pics.io builds functionality on top of the Drive application, including version control, collaboration tools and metatdata search.
Pics.io can be used to manage mutliple file types and supports formats such as PSD, AI, PNG, PDF, mp3 and mp4. File revisions are saved automatically, and users can download current and previous versions. A comparison tool displays changes that have been made. Comments and visual markers can be added to files, and updates can be sent via email or Slack.
Files can be searched using keywords, descriptions and custom metadata fields. Keywords can also be generated automatically. Pics.io can read metadata from various media formats and is IPTC compliant.
A support forum, live chat and email support are available. The software is priced on a per-user, per-month basis or via a pay-as-you-go model.

I used Pics.io for my personal photo business. I wanted a way to be able to collaborate with my fellow photographers and editors on certain projects and I found this software to be somewhat useful. I liked the fact that it works right on top of Google Drive, but I wanted something more to it -- maybe something more fluid streamlined. Maybe it hasn't dawned on me just yet, but I feel as if Pics.io is still not matured enough to compete with other software giants like Adobe, etc..

Pics.io gives the user the ability to add other people to the project to get help and collaboration and once they are not needed anymore the user can easily remove them. This team can contribute with their own comments and marks and the user would receive notifications of everything. Pics.io is supported on just about every platform.
Puntos en contra
There are however some better software that can do a similar job and are cheaper. Other then that I believe this is a really good software.
