Bluebook ProEstimator
Bluebook ProEstimator is a cloud-based construction solution for small businesses. Primary features include estimates, work order, invoicing, line item editing, vendor and customer database building and reporting.
The work order module allows users to create an estimate for home repairs, remodel or other construction jobs. The task management feature allows customers to create and name tasks, search and add line items. Users can edit labor, materials, equipment, tax, profit and overhead on each line item.
Bluebook ProEstimator can also generate reports. Users can select tasks individually or together and create reports using the selected items. It allows users to build, edit library items and group them in subcategories. The system also offers an estimates view, where items’ tax, profit, overhead, labor, material and equipment costs can be edited.
Bluebook ProEstimator is priced either monthly or annually. This product is available only in the United States.

I love that it has all the cost for lots of remodeling tasks already in the program based on your specific zip code. If you do a wide variety of things it's really helpful because you don't have to guess on prices you should charge for trades you're not familiar with. It's also easy to edit your estimates and when you send it to your customer it's presented in a very professional way. It also integrates with Quickbooks for easy book keeping.
Puntos en contra
I wish BlueBook Pro Estimator had a mobile app. They have a mobile site but I find I always need to log in twice on my iPhone when I use it and that's a huge annoyance. I also wish the program had a scheduling feature as well as a way for clients to sign the estimate electronically. There is a way to "accept" or "deny" but the window for that pops up before they have viewed it so I've found clients think "accept" means just to view it, not that they agree to the contract

We liked that it has its own directory that you can locate and contact subcontractors of different trades through. It's usually really up to date as well, so we like that feature a lot.
Puntos en contra
Not as collaborate and doesn't integrate with the estimating software we now use. That was the primary reason that we switched.
