SkySignature is a cloud-based content management (CMS) solution targeting small businesses. This software features digital signature tool and includes functionality for converting most file formats into PDFs.

Users can upload documents, which SkySignature can automatically convert into PDFs. Uploaded documents are then encrypted and stored in the Amazon cloud storage that can be accessed from anywhere.

SkySignature also includes a signature verification feature that links to a signature verification page. This page has tracking details that inform users when and where the documents were signed. SkySignature uses an algorithm intended to detect forged documents.

Users can also edit scanned PDFs, and they can add forms and customized “sign here” tags to documents. If documents need to be merged together, SkySignature allows users to drag and drop pages from PDFs into a new document to combine them.

SkySignature’s community edition is free, and its professional edition is priced on a per user per month or annual basis. For support, users can go through online FAQs and webinars.

I have used SkySignature for just a couple of years now. I find their software easy to use and easy to get acquainted with. The features available are simple and cover all my document signing needs. I can mass email my document to multiple parties to request for a signature. Please who do not have an account can also sign the document without creating an account. It's a great tool for saving time on paperwork!

I run a small Software Solutions company, always on the go! Was looking for E-Signature APP services online as I am trying to save time from meeting with my clients. I was very disappointed with results once I started looking online..BUT then i came across SkySignature and couldn't be more happier with the APP! First of all there is an option for a free account, it says 20 documents only, but once I get the documents signed I just print them out erase and upload new documents! Very easy to use APP to use, very straight forward, moreover files that I upload I can edit! re-send the file to my clients for any missing signatures with one click of a button! and save the file once it is good to go! Best Application out there! Definitely would recommend to anyone!
