e4Clicks Project Estimator from 4Clicks Solutions offers modules for estimating, bid management, takeoff and both project and customer management. The estimating module gives users access to line item descriptions, pricing, notes and more. Additionally, multiple estimates can be managed within each project and users can add custom line items and integrate items from industry guides.
e4Clicks Project Estimator provides a takeoff module that supports virtual quantity take-off and multiple file formats, including PDF, DWG and TIFF. It allows users to manage and share contracts and project documents within the system and create templates to populate with project data. Users can formalize post-negotiation memorandums for contractors to identify the changes that happened during the negotiation process.
e4Clicks Project Estimator is suited for federal government contractors and AEs including USAF bases, Army installations, NASA, FAA, VA and DOE. It handles estimates for JOC, SABER and IDIQ contracts and projects. Support is provided via phone and email.

Without a doubt, e4Clicks is the most capable estimating program on the market. It allows the user(s) maximum functionality for a diverse set of contract/project types in every discipline. While it's known for its use in JOC/SABER/IDIQ contracts, it is also extremely valuable tool for stand-alone projects, both large and small. Of value to me is the ability to produce and group individual estimates to model different scenarios such as building options, regional cost variances, and uncertainty of client funding levels.
While there is work involved in learning how to use the program, it's quickly revealed that doing so opens up a level of functionality unmatched by competing programs. The ability to tap previous estimates and historical data has a compounding effect in the efficiency and value of the software. Quite simply, the more you use it, the more value you discover.

As the leading JOC Estimating and JOC Estimate Auditing Company in the nation, our business has resulted in having a diverse clientele that frequently requests JOC educational services. Recently we were asked by our Phoenix Arizona clients if we could have a 4Clicks Training Workshop. We contacted 4Clicks and they were more than happy to work with us in hosting a 2-Day Introductory class.
Bruce Sarty of 4Clicks worked with us in providing all the class material and instructions without missing a step. The class was presented in a way that our clients felt it was designed for them and their contract specifics. This made the class feel more personalized for our group.
The class was a huge success and the Phoenix attendees have asked for the advanced class to be scheduled soon. Due to talk amongst our clients we have others are now interested in the class in other regions.
