Project DocControl

Project DocControl is developed by specialty contractors from architecture, engineering, and construction trades to help centralize the large volumes of paperwork that contractors deal with day to day. The system allows specialty contractors to generate and maintain project documents while creating a system of traceability. The project management application contains modules for photo management, document control, contract management, equipment, and resource management. The software also includes a dashboard module that allows for easy access and organization of project documents. The software provides a multi-deployment option as it can be hosted on cloud or on-premise.

Project DocControl tracks response times, average turnaround times per project and notifies a user when replies are overdue. The software generates letters of transmittal and links all transmittal letters to relevant documentation for an audit trail.
