The only good thing I can say is that they do get back to you if you have a issue, but that is almost every time I open the program.
Issues or errors pop up very often.
There are others out there that will do the same thing for just a little more money. I have had issues where the system cut a thousand dollars off an estimate when I turned into a quote to send to the customer. I am glad I caught it. That was just one problem I came across that they fixed. There have been several more. I am not a programmer; I work in construction. I was patient with the issues they were having, and it seemed I was the one finding them. They are always updating it. I even got an email explaining how it was the charger on my computer that was causing the issues. I just wonder if they are always fixing errors.
