iSqFt Takeoff

iSqFt Takeoff is a standalone takeoff solution that works for different verticals including architecture, roofing, paving and various types of contractors.

The system offers 2D takeoff, CAD file and digitizer integration and onscreen takeoff capabilities. It is a web-based solution that allows the user to export takeoffs to Excel and an estimating program.

Hot links allow users to pull up spec sheets or details and a customizable layer database means that layers can be saved for future use after they are created.

Takeoff images can be saved and then sent via email. It is compatible with digital file formats including tif, dwg, bmp, and pdf. It also provides cost calculations for area, length, volume, surface area and slope. Users can access and load multiple drawings simultaneously. iSqFt Takeoff uses color coding to track takeoff revisions.
